Unearthing the Potential of Your Staff and Avoiding Pitfalls Along the Way

About the Workshop:

When is the last time you have evaluated your clinical supervisory skills? We usually do not do it often enough. The goal of this training is to understand effective supervision with today’s professionals in an ever changing workforce. Participants will review what works, look at ways to improve clinical care, and promote clinician growth.  Developmental models of supervision will be reviewed, along with goal setting, incentive structures and ways to improve client outcomes.

Course Objectives: 

1. Learn strategies of effective clinical supervision which include developmental models and feedback styles.

2. Be able to assess the needs of your team while facing current workforce challenges.

3. Understand the relationship between effective supervision and enhanced client outcomes.
